1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

You better believe I do! I just ask that any travel/lodging expenses be covered. :)


2. How do you help with planning?

In the months leading up to your wedding we will connect a handful of times via video call. In those calls I'll hear your vision for your wedding, any specific shots you want to ensure are captured, your family photos lineup, and the general timeline of your day. This helps me make sure I'm where the action is :) That being said, photos are a big part of the wedding day, and I've been to quite a few myself! So if you find yourselves unsure of how much time to allot for certain moments, when to fit in your first look with your dog, etc. I'll be an excellent sounding board for all of those specifics :)

3. Do you require a deposit?

Yup, I require a 25% retainer fee paid upfront to lock-in your spot! All payments can be made via Cash, Check, or Online. Online payments have NO SERVICE FEES :)

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes! With every package comes a selection of digital files (the quantity will vary based on the package), all with full download and print rights. Digital files will be delivered 4-6 weeks after your event via Pixieset link. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to access this digital album, after then the images will be deleted.


Additionally, my Premier package includes a custom keepsake gift box which contains a selection of prints from your wedding day, for those who like to keep it old school ;)

5. Will you edit all our pictures?

YES! All the photos you receive will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure you get the greatest quality photos! I also, like to do teeth whitening, and blemish removal when it enhances the photo free of extra charge. You guys will already look stunning, so my goal is simply to showcase your good looks well! :)

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Of course! I will have lots of ideas, but I am always open to anything you want to try! During your planning season I will provide a document for you to specify any special requests you may have, but you can also share your Pinterest board with me too!

7. Is my wedding date too soon for you?

Hopefully not! :) I understand that not every couple has a long engagement, and finding a photographer quickly can be challenging! While I typically book weddings 4-15 months in advance, I'm happy to accommodate short-notice bookings if I have availability. Engagement sessions can often be scheduled within the month! Reach out soon to check my availability, and let’s get you one step closer to your big day!

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding. Once they are delivered you'll receive an invite to an online gallery where you can download the full-resolution photos, share the photos with your loved ones, and order prints :)

9. How do you recommend printing our photos?

Nations Photo Lab is a great option that offers great quality prints at reasonable prices—much better quality than Shutterfly!

10. Do you offer photography sessions beyond engagements and weddings?

You better believe it! All my wedding couples get 10% off future sessions—whether it’s maternity, anniversary, newborn, or family portraits. I’m also always up for fun, creative shoots—I once did a session for a girl who made a skirt entirely out of Capri Suns! So if you’ve got a vision, I’m in.

11. How long will it take to see our pictures?

Turnaround is typically 4–6 weeks, depending on the season. But don’t worry—I’ll send you a sneak peek just a few days after your wedding so you can share or use them for thank-you cards, save-the-dates, holiday cards, and more!

12. Do I need a second shooter?

Usually, you don’t! Sometimes I recommend one if you’re getting ready in separate locations, have overlapping events, or want more coverage from multiple angles—it’s not a must, but it can add some great variety.
